# XODIAK

> XODIAK is a sovereign settlement and attribution network. It settles a payment
> and the split of that payment in the same atomic transaction: revenue shares,
> referral obligations, platform fees and escrow are computed from a registered
> revenue model rather than typed into a payout run. Every transaction is encoded
> under the QBC-G1 geometric cipher, signed with ML-DSA-65
> (FIPS 204 / Dilithium-3) and committed to a hash-linked chain, so a settlement
> can be re-derived and verified years after the relationship that produced it.

- Multi-party payments that settle atomically: one inbound amount, many legs, all or none.
- Self-executing commercial contracts: revenue share, licence, referral, data processing, NDA and escrow.
- Attribution: who sourced a contact, who advanced it, who closed it, recorded when it happens rather than argued about later.
- Real-world asset tokenization across 24 asset classes, backed by vault attestation that is weighted into consensus.
- Treasury and wallets denominated in XDK, with integer arithmetic in uxdk at 6 decimals.
- Compliance enforced in the state machine across four verification tiers: unverified, basic, enhanced, sovereign.
- On-chain governance: proposals, reserve-weighted voting, automatic execution.

- Block production is currently paused. The genesis signer's secret key was
  deliberately rotated off the node under QDCA and the node has not
  been reconfigured to reach the key holder. Committed history up to height

## What XODIAK is not
- Not a token sale. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell XDK or an invitation to invest.
- Not a licensed money transmitter, bank, broker-dealer, transfer agent or exchange.
- Not a smart contract deployed on another chain. It is its own network with its own consensus.
